A Child's Prayer

Brighton has been really into praying. 

He folds his arms to pray before breakfast lunch dinner, naps and bedtime. 

(It's a good thing I have him to keep me on track) 

Something funny I want to remember that he did the other night. 

We were praying together and he usually repeats what I tell him to say. 

We started off with. 

"Father, bless, Ma Ma, Da Da, baby brother, church, cousins,Jesus Amen" 

But this time I forgot something and he reminded me real fast. 

He didn't say Amen with me. Instead he said "NO! Grandma Pa Pa Amen" 

Next time I will not forget to 

include Grandma and Pa Pa ha ha. 

The next morning he was saying his breakfast prayers with Daniel. 

I was cooking eggs and at the time couldn't fold my arms. 

B got really angry and would not pray until all of us were folding our arms. 

When we finally started to pray for some reason 

when Daniel prayed for me he had B call me Steph 

(as sometimes Brighton does)

 Daniel and Brighton were ending the prayer when once again

 he wouldn't say Amen and he made sure to bless MA MA and then say Amen. :) 

Love that little guy and all of his smartness! :)
