My little Giant

Things have been pretty exciting around here in the Bay Area. 

If you don't know, the Giants are in the 

World Series. 

So we thought we would join in the excitement. 

Brighton loves watching the games and mimicking the players.

Pumpkin Patch

I was so happy when my friend Lindsay (in San Jose) called me and told me a bunch of the moms from the San Jose ward were going to a pumpkin patch. 

I have been wanting to take Brighton to one this whole month and I kept waiting to do it with Daniel.

Well it just didn't look like it was going to happen.  Daniel has been really busy and with this being the last week before Halloween we just had to go without him. 

Brighton had so much fun running and running. They had so many fun things to do at this patch 

a train ride, and tractor ride, a maze, and much more.

Google Reader

I just have to say I LOVE Google Reader! I want everyone to know about it because it took me a while to figure it out and I feel bad for anyone who does not have it.

If you have a Gmail account (which you all should if you don't get one)

On the top left corner of your account you will see Calendar Web Documents Reader More 


Click on Reader after you click on Reader a page will pop up. Then click Add Subscription from there you will enter your friends blog addresses. Then after you enter all your friends, when you go into your Gmail click Reader it will tell you when all your friends update their blogs!!! (as long as they aren't private)

It's great and I want all to know about it!

13 months

Here we are again, another month down.  

~Things to remember~ 

Awesome sleeper, goes to bed at 8:30-9:00pm wakes up around 8:30-9:00am 

Naps in the morning for 2 hours in the late afternoon for 3 hours 

Still sucks on his arm, he loves it 

Talks all the time, says ma ma, mom, da da, dad, ya, no, Na Na, amen, makes b sounds s sounds and he mimics all our voice tones.

Signs eat and milk
waves and smiles at everyone
Is Very social walks up to strangers all the time
loves his baseball bat and baseball (thanks grandma and grandpa Webb)
I think he grew another inch, now he can ride his truck and push off with his feet
I have a floor lamp that you step on to turn on, and I tell Bright to turn it on and he does with his foot
Knows how to bring me his shoes
I stopped breastfeeding a week after his birthday, it was defiantly harder for me than Bright. He didn't even seem to care, he didn't pull on my shirt cry or anything.
It took a couple weeks to get him used to milk, he has a little vitamin D organic milk in the morning and about 6-8 ounces at night other than that he drinks water.
He loves to eat just about everything, favorites right now are, banana's strawberries tuna fish chicken  bowls steamed vegetables and mini pancakes (list could go on and on)
loves to brush his teeth and floss

He is happiest little guy. Words can't describe how much I love him!

Airplanes

Obsessed much... YES! 

Brighton loves loves loves airplanes right now. 

He spots them all the time. 

Night or day it matters not. 

Most of the time I am shocked that he can see that little thing in the sky.

When he see's them he points at them and yells OOOOooo!! OOOooo! 

He can also hear them.

 When he hears them you can see his little eyes going back and forth looking at the big sky for that airplane. 

We have two airports between our house SFO and SJC 

so lets just say we have lots of spotting's.   

Napa Valley

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. 

We had so much fun with our friends Chris and AnnElise. 

We walked around the shops

ate at this cute little burger joint 

and took lots of pictures.

For those of you who don't know Betsy,
she is one of my very best friends.
She is such a sweet and very driven person.
I still remember the day she called me
and told me about a date she went on with a boy named Hudson.
And I still remember when she called me and told me
 she was in love and wanted to
get married to a boy named Hudson.


I knew I had to meet this boy!


As soon as I did, I knew they were right for each other.
He is such a great guy,
and they compliment each other very well.
I couldn't be happier for these two!


It was a very fun wedding.
