It was a miracle that Daniel was able to have the Saturday off before Easter. We had so much fun and made the most of our day together. The good news though is Daniel is almost done with this BIG project and then maybe we can start spending more days together (I don't want to jinx myself though).
We started off the Morning taking Brighton to the Menlo Park City Easter egg hunt. They had so many fun things there that were free. Bouncy houses, Fire Trucks, Cop cars, the Easter Bunny (he was way creepy looking so I didn't take B to see him) Fire truck rides and of course an Egg Hunt.
Brighton woke up a little too early that morning so he wasn't the happiest but we still had a lot of fun. It was fun watching him pick up the eggs and put them in his bucket and he would get really excited about eating the candy. I think all he ate that day was candy but that's okay it was Easter :)
I could not get a good smile out of Brighton so his fake ones will have to do. :)
They had stickers and small toys in the eggs but when you went to Exit they were giving big candy bars. Brighton got some M&M's and Starburst.
His favorite thing the FIRE TRUCK! He is ringing the the bell.
Sitting in the truck and yes he gave this dirty look to the fireman the whole time.

We play Down...Set...Hike all day every day. It's his favorite game.
Brighton says Down, then I say Set Hike and he takes off running when I say Hike.
He usually runs through my legs or I pick him up. It's these small things that are the most fun!

Are you kidding me!?! He did his egg hunt in that little suit. That is the cutest thing. He's got a good football stance. If he wasn't such a little peanut I would say its in his future!
