Happy Un-Birthday To You!
My mom threw Brighton an un-Birthday party. She was sad that we won't be around for his first Birthday. He didn't really understand what was going on. I felt bad he didn't Love his party. Lets just say no nap and tons of people standing around you that you don't know singing does not always have a happy ending. But we gave him some space and he did better. Maybe on his real Birthday he will actually eat his cake. Maybe?

1st birthdays are hard on little ones. Both of my kids had melt downs during their 1st birthday party...I blame it on all the activity going on around them. I think it overly stimulates the kids and they don't know how to handle it. Brighton did his best!
